Jack and Peggy have a 40-year history of involvement with York and deep commitment to the School's mission, programs, and students. As donors, they have given more than $1 million to York and Peggy is a member of York's Legacy Society. Because of their extraordinary generosity, York students have been given an otherwise unavailable opportunity for success in college and productive, meaningful lives. "Our commitment to York runs deep: a son, daughters and a grandson have graduated with pride; a daughter is currently on faculty and Chuck Downes led York as Headmaster for eight years. Our belief in scholarships also runs strong.
